Mount Kachikachi Superb View Swing

• The Superb View Swing operates daily from 9:45AM to 4:00PM
• To ride the superb view swing, please purchase a ticket separately from Tanuki Chaya shop.
• Ticket sales end at 3:30PM.
• Price: 500 yen per person
• Restrictions: Guests must be 110cm or taller, and weigh less than 100kg.
• There is a possibility that the swing may not be operational due to weather conditions, temperature, or other facility-related factors.

• This voucher can only be used to redeem a round-trip ticket for the "Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway".
• This ticket does not guarantee boarding. On the day of the ride, please be sure to exchange it for a paper ticket at the manned ticket counter on the 1st floor.
• Once your ticket has been redeemed, no refunds or extensions will be issued in the event of facility closures, delays, or any other reason.
• Before heading out, please check each facility's website or call for information on closures and business hours.
• The service may be suspended due to weather conditions. Please be sure to check the operating status and opening hours on the official website before visiting.
• Golden Week, the summer season (late July to late August), and the autumn leaves season (November) tend to be busy, so please allow extra time for your visit.
• Due to congestion on both the way there and back, you may have to wait before boarding. Please allow yourself plenty of time.
• If you need to change the number of people or cancel your reservation, please contact customer service before redeeming your ticket.

• Pets (small animals) excluding service dogs can be brought into the gondola only for a fee, provided that they are placed in a hard case for pets (soft cases and carts are not allowed).
• Boarding fees apply for pets:
• Small size: 300 yen; Medium size: 500 yen
• Large sized pets are not allowed to board.
• Auxiliary dog: Lake Kawaguchi ~ Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway, under the "Act on Assistance Dogs for Persons with Disabilities", assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs) can be accompanied as it is.

There are a number of stairs at the attraction

• Lakeside station: 64 steps
• Fujimidai station: 112 steps

About using wheelchair

• There are stairs etc. when using. It is difficult to move by wheelchair.
• If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to tell the staff.

About reduction application

Please be sure to submit a "Ride fee reduction exemption application form" beforehand when you use Kawaguchiko ~ Mt. Fuji panorama ropeway at the event of facility to be reduced / exempted.

AED

Automatic external defibrillator (Automated External Defibrillator, AED) is installed at lakeside station, Fujimidai station.

Children under elementary school age enjoy free admission, with one child per paying adult.
