Valid ID is mandatory; if personal data is incorrect, access to the Colosseum will be denied
Arrive at the Touristation Office 15 mins before your reserved time slot. Do not go directly to the Colosseum. You must collect your tickets at the Touristation office first
Show your smartphone voucher at the Touristation office. Look for a small fountain in front of the office with orange flags outside
Follow the instructions you receive from the Touristation office. Then, you can proceed to the archaeological complex of the Colosseum & Roman Forum (15 min walk from the Touristation office)
