2. To use the transportation card, please recharge it at nearby convenience stores (excluding GS25 convenience stores) and subway stations. (KTX and ITX are exceptions)

3. When visiting tourist attractions with Discover Seoul Pass, you must bring the physical card with you. You cannot use it without the physical card.

4. The business hours and holidays of each tourist attraction may change depending on the circumstances of each tourist attraction. You may need to confirm before visiting.

5. Please confirm that the pass is used effectively according to government policies such as Cultural Day (the last Wednesday of each month (2016 standard), free admission to the National Palace Museum/Art Museum, etc., free admission discounts for age groups (over 65 years old, etc.), etc.

• Before receiving the physical card: 100% refund

• After receiving the card: Unused passes can be refunded by returning them to the Myeongdong Tourist Information Center within 30 days from the date of purchase. (No cash refund)

※ Visit the Myeongdong Tourist Information Center → Show your undamaged pass and purchase receipt → Tell the on-site staff the email address of the person who wants to be refunded that has received the return confirmation → Receive the return confirmation (email address) → Cancel the payment at the place of purchase
