During the day, as a gallery by NANZUKA, and at night, it becomes a hideout of Sushi Saito produced by Koji Saito, a conversion type store that is unprecedented in the world. The interior and exterior design was done by Snarkitecture, an architectural design unit by Daniel Arsham and Alex Mastonen based in New York, and the store logo was designed by Hajime Sorayama. It will be a unique space where you can enjoy the supreme sushi while monopolizing cutting-edge art works.
