Operating Hours of Jewel Changi Airport Level 1 Concierge Counter is from 10am to 9.30pm daily.

Wonderful experience of organized Singapore around nature. The majestic man made waterfall, walk over transparent glass bridge and delightful photo spits of animal bird recreation was memorable
Amazing experience. So much to see, friendly staff, and easy to navigate. Also very clean and well maintained.
Jewel is connected to Terminal 1 and 2 by overbridge. Ideal if you arrived early at the airport. Auto check in and drop bag first, then head to Jewel. Food court at the basement.Many big stores for last minute shopping.
