This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
The content and number of fireworks may change without prior notice.
It takes about 20–30 minutes (approximately 500 meters) on foot from the parking lot to the fireworks venue. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
After the fireworks show, you may be required to wait around 30 minutes for regulated crowd exit procedures.
Please be considerate when taking photos—do not hold your camera above head level to avoid disturbing others.
Please remain seated in your designated seat while watching the fireworks.
The fireworks will be held even in rainy weather, and the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, in the event of severe weather (such as typhoons or strong storms) or river flooding that may cause safety issues, the event may be canceled.
Unless the fireworks event is officially canceled by the organizer before tour departure, the tour will operate as planned. Final cancellation decisions may be made early on the day of the event by the organizing committee, and announcements may be given by the tour attendant on the day.
If the fireworks are officially canceled before the day of departure, the full tour fee will be refunded. However, if the event is canceled after the tour has departed, no refund will be issued. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point will be at your own expense.
In case of sudden severe weather after tour departure resulting in cancellation or postponement of the fireworks, no refund (including seat fees) will be provided.
If the tour return time is significantly delayed due to crowd or traffic conditions and you miss the last public transportation, any taxi or other return transportation costs will be your responsibility.
Please bring your own heat protection gear and hydration supplies.
Meals are not included in this tour. You may purchase food at on-site vendors or bring your own.
Return will be after 11:30 PM. Please note that delays may occur depending on traffic. Be sure to check connections with your final public transportation or plan your way home in advance in case of missed connections.
