Our four course “hands on” cooking experience highlights, traditional cooking methods, family recipes, and secrets that will become part of your story too. I open my home as it becomes yours through an intimate, friendly and authentic cooking experience, leaving you a bit more “Caprese” then before. Once at our “home sweet home” waiting for you will be a refreshing aperitif of locally sourced products. We will follow with a hands-on activities making Ravioli Capresi, a treat in the middle, a traditional Eggplant Parmesan and for dessert a family recipe of the Caprese lemon cake. Each dish is paired with a tasting of organic regional wines. We will end our time enjoying creations on our terrace.
