General

• All ticket types are available during the specified periods and while stocks last.
• Ticket holders may re-enter the venue multiple times on the date specified on their ticket. Access is subject to venue capacity limits.
• Guest performers, team line-ups, and schedules may change.
• The organiser reserves the right to cancel the event if deemed necessary or due to circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to adverse weather conditions).
• In case of full event cancellation, a refund for the face value of the ticket will be arranged via the ticketing platform, with a 15% handling fee deducted. The organiser is not liable for any other losses or expenses arising from the cancellation or changes.

Regular Ticket Policy

Entry Procedure

• Ticket holders must present the QR code on their ticket for admission.
