The Iguaçu Falls are located in the Iguaçu National Park, a Federal Conservation Unit (UC).
The site protects one of the most significant remnants of the Atlantic Forest in South America and is home to important species of Brazilian biodiversity.
Cycling in this environment is a unique experience that will remain in the minds and hearts of those who venture here.
If you're lucky, native animals such as deer, jaguars, monkeys, several species of birds can be seen free in their natural habitat.
If you want, you can hire a guide/driver (optional) from the Falls Bike Tour that will take you on trails through the forest and along the banks of the Iguaçu River above the Falls.

Time: 3 hours (approximately)
Itinerary
Inside the Conservation Unit, you will cycle 11 km through the Atlantic Forest, until you reach the Cataras Falls.
There you park your bike, and you can walk a 2 km trail, where there are several observation points and photos.
At the end of the trail you will reach the main trail, which will take you very close to the Falls.
After completing the trail, you take your bike and can choose to cycle the 11 km back to the National Park gate, or if you prefer, you can choose to put your bike on the bus and return by bus.
You will receive:
- 1 29 inch MTB bike
- 1 Helmet
- Location guidelines inside the Falls
