If a tour is cancelled due to weather or operational requirements, you will be notified as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or alternative activity.
Participants must be aged 8 years old and above.
Weight restrictions; the kayaks have a 135 kg weight limit, if you are over this weight please contact the provider for an alternative vessel.
The meeting point will be at 8:00AM at Pambula River mouth, end of Coraki Dr Pambula.
The expert kayak guides are able to assist everybody in entering and exiting the kayaks safely and with dignity.
Must be able to bend knees to comfortably sit in a kayak.
Trained assistance animals are not permitted inside the kayaks for safety reasons.
There is an accessible ramp with handrails to the beach that the kayaks are launched from.
Two-level carparks reserved for people with a disability at Pambula River Mouth.
