Guests are recommended to prepare swimsuits (worn in advance), anti-skid shoes or waterproof footwear, extra clothes, motion sickness medicine, a waterproof bag, and earplugs if needed (due to the boat engine noise).
The Moalboal Island Hopping tour is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. The Philippine government reserves the right to ban ships from sailing at all times. In the event of cancellation after arriving at the designated locations and using the transfer service, partial refunds will be granted.
The pick-up time is subject to change due to the number of guests; the driver will inform you of the actual pick-up time
Snorkelling activity is subject to weather and sea conditions. Sardine run and sea turtle sightings are not guaranteed; Please consider before booking.
Tour will be conducted, rain or shine, unless cancelled by local authorities due to emergency reasons or force majeure.
There may be instances when the local government cancels the canyoneering activity (for safety reasons) due to heavy rains: If cancelled the day prior, we will provide 100% refund; If the local government cancels when the guests are already in transit, the refund will be less Php5500 representing transport and admin costs.
Guests will be asked to sign a waiver before the start of the canyoneering activity.
There are times when the local government/coast guard will suspend the activity in Moalboal due to the presence of box jellyfish. Should this happen, refund for the specific activity will be given onsite. *Guests are advised to wear own's rash guards.

The overall experience was good and enjoyable! The sardine run was fun and I was even able to see the turtle up close. For the canyoneering in Kawasan Falls, I recommend riding the zipline (even if you need to pay) for convenience and added experience. The guides on both activities are helpful and encouraging when I was scared. I also appreciate the driver, Kuya Undo, so much cause he was so nice. Since it was a 3-hour travel from Cebu City to Moalboal, he has been sharing some fun facts about Cebu while we are on our way and I also had time to sleep in the van when I got tired. Just take note that it is an early pick up if you are coming from the city and there's heavy traffic also on the way back (around 3.5 hours) so better bring snacks and drinks.
