Operating Hours
- Jet Boat rides depart on the hour every hour between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Operates daily (weather and river conditions permitting) except for Christmas Day (December 25th).
Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Self-Drive: Please check in at the Arthur’s Point river base 30 minutes prior to your trip departure time.
- Shuttle Service: The courtesy shuttle runs for the 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM departures.
- Please check in at the Station Building in Queenstown 45 minutes prior to your shuttle departure time.
Must Know
- A minimum height of 1 metre applies; this may be increased to 1.2 metres depending on river conditions.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with medical conditions including back or neck problems.
- Allow approximately 1.5 hours for the entire experience including transfers.
- We suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of travel.
