For safety reasons, the following passengers are not allowed to participate:

  1. Male passengers weighing more than 99 kg
  2. Female passengers weighing more than 75 kg
  3. Passengers under 8 years old and over 60 years old on the day of the activity
  4. Passengers with shoulder width less than 25cm
  5. Pregnant women, people with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, hangovers, people taking medication, or people who have consumed alcohol on the day of travel.
  6. The traveler’s health condition on that day did not meet the store’s standards for participating in the event.
  7. Due to air pressure issues, passengers who need to take a flight within 18 to 24 hours after diving cannot sign up for the underwater walking tour.
  • When foreign tourists apply for the tour, if they cannot understand Japanese, we will respond in simple English.
  • Please provide the following information when ordering:
    - All participants’ names in pinyin, gender, age, height, weight, and foot size.
    - Contact information on the day of the trip (mobile phone/LINE ID/E-mail)
  • Qingdong snorkeling provides diving goggles with myopia prescription. If necessary, please be sure to inform the degree of 0.00 units, otherwise we cannot provide it. Due to limited quantity, the degree may not meet the customer's needs. It is recommended to wear disposable contact lenses by yourself.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

Pregnant women, people with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, hangover, taking medication, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day are not allowed to join the tour.
Please pay attention to your physical condition. You may not be able to participate in the tour on that day because your health condition does not meet the store's standards for participating in the event.
If the traveler does not meet the store's health standards for participating in the activity on the day of the experience, is pregnant, or has any of the above diseases or conditions, or violates the store's regulations and is denied participation in the activity, no refund will be given. Please be advised.
Please note that due to air pressure issues, passengers who need to take a flight within 18 to 24 hours after diving cannot sign up for the underwater walking activity. If you are unable to participate on the day of the activity due to this issue, no refund will be given. Please be advised.
If the on-site coach determines that the tourist's physical condition is not suitable for participating in water activities, he/she has the right to refuse the tourist's experience and the itinerary will not be refunded. Please be advised.
Those who drink alcohol on the day and those who are ill will be informed on site that they are prohibited from participating in the event and taking the boat. 100% of the activity fee will be charged and KKday will not refund the fee.
The activity may be rescheduled or cancelled due to bad weather or sea conditions.
Minor guests need to sign a family consent form, and guests under 12 years old must be accompanied by their parents.
There is no changing equipment at the port, so please wear your swimsuit under your outer clothes when participating, and please bring your own towel, waterproof shoes, and sunscreen.
