Enjoy a day trip from your accommodation in Rome to Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius. Herculaneum is considered better preserved that its bigger and more famous sister city, Pompeii, and it can be explored entirely in a couple of hours. After Herculaneum, you'll enjoy a nice Italian lunch, or a quick bite before heading up Mount Vesuvius. The sequence of sites may vary. Your private English speaking chauffeur will meet you at your accommodation in Rome at 8.00 AM and return you at 5:30 PM.
IMPORTANT: Vesuvius requires advance Time Slot Ticket bookings; missing your slot may result in no access. Closures can happen without notice due to weather. If Vesuvius visit is missed, Sorrento is the alternative. Tickets are non-refundable.

Since then, however, this giant has been peacefully asleep. Please Be Advised: the upward walk to the crater requires a certain level of physical fitness and ability to handle uneven terrain. Mount Vesuvius entry tickets is approximately 10 Euros per person. and can be bought on location.
