Had a good experience with the airport transfer. Managed to link up with the Customer Service to inform that there was an immigration hold up and still waited for us for more than 1hr. Car was spacious (Denza) and very comfortable especially when we are tired at 2am.

Midnight arrival and could not locate driver. No prior contact details of driver provided. Contacted pelago told me to contact local agent. Local agent number cannot call through. Tried and waited till 1am and booked didi to hotel. Still seeking for refund. Disappointed.
Booked a 7-seater business but was assigned a normal 7 seater MPV, was expecting Alphard/Estima type. We managed to squeeze in 2 large 2 medium and 1 cabin size luggage with a few hand carry bags but 2 of us had to squeeze and the last row as one of the seat was folded down to put the luggage. So the 2 of us that were in the last row had to endure the 35-40min journey to the hotel in a very uncomfortable sitting position. I could have called Didi Premium XL which is a little cheaper and most of the time the cars were Denza equivalent. Will not book again.
We are a family of 3, due to our bulky luggage, I paid extra for a 5 seater vehicle. But we were short changed with a normal sedan came instead n we have to squeeze in our seats. Very bad arrangement!
