How to Get There:
- By Car: Parking available at Circle On Cavill, Paradise Centre, or Bruce Bishop.
- By Tram: Alight at Cavill Avenue Station Stop #14, Zone 5 Surfers Paradise Blvd. Walk down Cavill Avenue towards the river on the left.
- By Bus: Alight at Surfers Paradise bus stop (Stop ID 300050, Zone 5 Ferny Avenue, Appel Park). Walk up Cavill Avenue on the right-hand side.
Meeting Time:
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The tour will depart punctually.
- Late arrivals will forfeit their tickets. No refunds will be provided for missed departures.
- Water bottles are permitted onboard; however, all other food and beverages are not allowed.
- Luggage, prams, and strollers cannot be stored on the Aquaduck. Please plan accordingly.

- Seating is pre-assigned by Aquaduck staff.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes prior to departure. No refunds will be provided for missed departures due to late arrival.
- Cruise vessels are subject to change without prior notice.
- Child tickets are required for children aged 2 to 16 years.
- Infants aged 0–1 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s lap.
- However, infants must still be included in the booking to comply with capacity regulations.
- All children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times during the activity.
- No onboard restroom facilities are available. Please use the restroom before check-in.
- Luggage, prams, and strollers cannot be accommodated onboard. Guests should plan ahead for storage needs.
- Seating is pre-assigned by the Aquaduck staff; requests for specific seating may not be accommodated.

- A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection.
