Alongside our artisan cheesemakers, you will discover a unique know-how and learn how to make your Italian cheeses with an exceptional product, buffalo milk.
Because good products are in our DNA, this workshop includes a tasting of the different cheeses we produce as well as a selection of charcuterie. A glass of wine/soft is also included and you will go home with your own cheese.
