Standard Cancellation Policy:
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 20 days or less before event
This is a join-in group experience with up to 12 guests (minimum of 8 people is required to operate this tour. If we do not have enough bookings, the tour will be canceled and the guest will receive a full refund).
No, food is not provided, but snacks, drinks and merchandise are available for purchase at the stands in the stadium.
We ask that all guests arrive at the location at least 10 minutes before the designated meet-up time. Since this is a group tour, we may not be able to wait for you if you are late. The tour will begin without the late guests and you can meet the rest of the group at the next location. Guests are provided with the tour guides’ phone number before the tour and you can call the tour guide if you need to meet the group in the next location.
Since Meiji Jingu Stadium is an open-air venue, if there is heavy rain on the tour date, the match will be canceled and you will receive a full refund. However, if there is light rain, the match will proceed as scheduled. Please note that if the match is ongoing and it starts raining unexpectedly, no refund will be provided.
Using audio headsets, you'll be able to clearly hear the expert guide explain the history of baseball in Japan and highlight the differences between Japanese baseball and Major League Baseball (MLB).
One of the following seats at the Jingu Stadium will be booked for this tour, depending on availability:
1) S Seats: The seats are located right behind the batter, in the heart of the action
2) A Seats: The seats are located behind the first and the third base, with a good view of the entire field and the players on the bench.
3) B Seats: The seats are behind the foul pole, with a good view of the outfielder’s play.
