Agrasen ki Baoli, designated a protected monument by the Archaeological Survey of India under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act of 1958, is a 60-meter long and 15-meter wide historical step well.

At the center of New Delhi stands the 42 m high India Gate, an "Arc-de-Triomphe" like archway in the middle of a crossroad. Almost similar to its French counterpart, it commemorates the 20,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the World War I. The memorial bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers killed in the Northwestern Frontier in the Afghan war of 1919.

Humayun's Tomb is Situated on the Mathura Road, this is the burial or mausoleum of Humayun and it is one of the significant constructions done during the Mughal Rule. It was built by Haji Begum (the wife of Humayun) using the characteristic red sandstone which always had a special place in the Mughal architecture. Very recently in the early 1990s it was put in the list of UNESCO World heritage sites. Humayun's tomb was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal and many other Mughal architecture and garden complexes in India.

Lotus temple is a hit among the tourists coming to Delhi. The magnificent architecture and the peaceful aura are two things that will be greatly admired by the visitors. This temple has got such a name because it is built in the shape of a lotus. It is not dedicated to a particular God or deity as it is a Baha’i faith temple which believes in equality and oneness of all religions. One can just sit in the hall and meditate in the calmness. Qutub Minar is the tallest minaret in India. It used to have 27 mandir's/Temples & material from 27 Mandir's was used to construct a mosque. Qutub Minar now been given the title of UNESCO world heritage site. Such is the fame of this monument that a its picture appears on the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Travel cards.
