- Turn on your eSIM slot only upon arrival in Thailand.
- Ensure your mobile device is eSIM compatible and unlocked before purchase.
- To check eSIM compatibility:
- Android: Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Manager > Add eSIM
- iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM
- Daily data usage follows Singapore Time (GMT+8) from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, except for 24/48-hour packages.
- Fair Use Policy (FUP): After 500MB usage, speed drops to 256kbps; after 1GB usage (for MAX packages), speed drops to 384kbps.
- AIRSIMe account remains valid for 1 year after registration and renews automatically with each package purchase or top-up.

Utterly useless, 5G sim shows as connected but no data for more than a few minutes. Support was fast to respond though it kept involving restarting phone, disabling other sim cards etc. Eventually they granted another sim card but still same problem and told me to switch to 4G. Same problem worked for a few minutes but then stopped working. Full bars of signal, seems something wrong as if no data allowance.
