1. If the tour is canceled due to circumstances of the operator, you will be notified by email 1-2 days in advance.
2. The tour will be operated on a rainy day. No refunds will be given due to rain.
3. This is not a private tour, and we will be conducting the tour with international guests. However, the guide's language is English.
4. Recording or filming the guide's commentary during the tour is not permitted.
5. Pets are not allowed and there is no additional space for pets.
6. Reservations cannot be confirmed on weekends and public holidays.
7. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
8. This is a walking tour (no vehicles involved).
9. This tour departs with a minimum of 2 participants.
10. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts. We will not wait for you to be late.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation before 6pm (KST) 3 days prior: 100% refund
• Cancellation 3 days before 6 PM (KST) ~ 2 days before 6 PM (KST): 50% refund
• Cancellation from 6 PM (KST) 2 days before the tour start date to 1 day before the tour start date will not be refunded

• Refund policy applies based on business days.
  (Business days: Mon-Fri (Closed on weekends and holidays)/9:00-18:00)
  (If you request cancellation on a holiday, the refund policy for the next business day will apply.)
• Minor warning due to natural disaster (only for outdoor tours): No refund / Date change possible
• Natural Disaster Emergency Warning (Outdoor Tours Only): Refunds and date changes available
