- If there’s a strong chance that the ski resort cannot operate due to inadequate snowfall, we will cancel the tour. We’ll make this decision at least two days in advance and inform you if the tour is canceled. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)
- Should roads be closed on the day of the tour or if there’s a significant risk of such closures, the tour may also be canceled. We’ll notify you promptly once the decision is made. (A full refund of the tour fee will be provided.)
- Due to road and weather conditions, the arrival and departure times at the ski resort may vary, leading to shorter stay duration and delayed return times.
- If your stay at the ski resort is reduced, or if any extra costs arise for transportation or accommodation after the return, we will not honor any expense claims.
- This tour may be operated jointly with other ski tours by different companies.

The mountaintop terrace at HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR, which opened in the fall of 2018, is a popular spot offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Northern Alps.
The tour is guaranteed to operate with just one participant.
Accommodation must be arranged on your own, and the return bus can be used the following day.
