Important: People with asthma, epilepsy, lung diseases, heart problems, perforated eardrums, diabetes or vascular diseases must present a specific medical certificate to carry out the activity.

It is suitable for everyone, from 10 years of age. At all times you will be accompanied by an instructor, exclusive to each participant, making this an exciting and safe experience.
