- Orders must be placed at least three days prior to the scheduled pick-up date. The cut-off time is 6:00 PM daily. Orders received after 6:00 PM and before 9:00 AM the following day will be processed the following day. Orders will only be confirmed if KITCHEN staff contact guests by phone or email to confirm pick-up details and any additional requests.
