we will make a fresh pasta by your hand like gnocchi,scialiatelli or spaghetti,
grilled fresh vegetables,rolled eggplant parmigiana with filled mozzarella cheese, and tiramisù

    This is a different cooking class than usual, we love to show you our family traditions. we will make fresh pasta, we will show you an ancient recipe of my grandmother's for how to make spaghetti with lemon, we will prepare a lemon tiramisu. you will be welcome in our home where you will be welcomed like family. We will tell you about the traditions of the past. And we won't miss a nice tour of the garden where we will pick fresh vegetables! We are waiting for you for a unique experience, come and spend a day with us like a local
