• Children aged 2 and below may travel free of charge but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seating or lunch is required, please book under the child rate.

• If the minimum number of participants (10) is not reached 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour may be canceled on that date.

• The temperature in Nikkō is lower than in Tokyo. For fall to spring tours, please bring a coat and other warm clothing.
• The Irohazaka Winding Road is expected to have heavy traffic from October 11 to November 6 each year due to foliage visitors. Therefore, visits to Kegon Falls and Lake Chuzenji may be canceled due to timing.
• The tour involves walking up and down stairs and hilly paths at Nikko Toshōgū Shrine and Kegon Falls. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
• As the tour uses a bus for the entire itinerary, arrivals at each site may be delayed due to road conditions.
• Vegetarian Meals, Wheat Allergy Meals, and Soy Allergy Meals must be requested at the time of booking.
• Please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all your requests.
• Please note that the arrival location of the tour is not changeable.
• In case of traffic congestion or other reasons affecting the tour schedule, the stay time at each sightseeing spot will be shortened and the arrival time will be delayed.
• All items left in the tour bus will be disposed by our company.

• A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection.
• 50% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 1 days before date of selection.
• No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 1 days before the date of selection.
