Works fine. Easy to set up
The data connection has been smooth so far.
Activating no problem but I don’t have Internet access. My phone shows bars but no internet connection when I try to use my phone.
I got the 15GB daily for 30 days. Well at least it was what they advertised it as. Little did i know, after using the 15GB, it did not renew the data the following day. The virtual assistant also did emphasise on the 15GB resetting every day. Wanted to contact customer service through livechat but they required a verification which was sent to my Local number back in Singapore and i’m in another country. Absolutely terrible service, do not, DO NOT get this. Go to a local shop and get a sim card, ask for one that is ready to be activated without an IMEI, cheaper and much better. Trust me.
Minor hiccup at the start when I switched on the line upon arriving in Indonesia, followed the exact instructions but there was no line. Thereafter, I selected my network manually instead of automatically assigned, then it works. Overall the network was stable, only at certain places where the line was bad then it really had no signal (which my friends also experiences the same with other mobile network). One downside was that no dedicated application to track the mobile data usage, got to rely on my phone data tracker.
