This is the best place for the view of Gaurishankar Himal, Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, and Rolwaling Himalayan Range. Hike back to Dhulikhel and after Lunch, drive back to Kathmandu. At his evening you can go shopping for your family and friends.
