Highlights
Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797–1861) was a late Edo period ukiyo-e artist. Known for his eccentric ideas, modern design sense, and humor, he created innovative works that redefined the history of ukiyo-e and enjoys great popularity both in Japan and internationally. This definitive Kuniyoshi exhibition showcases approximately 400 works, including warrior prints, caricatures, woodblock prints, and hand-painted pieces.

September 25 (Thu) to November 24 (Mon, holiday), 2025
*Please note there will be a major change of exhibits during the period:
・First half: September 25 (Thu) to October 26 (Sun)
・Second half: October 28 (Tue) to November 24 (Mon, holiday)

Please refrain from taking photos inside the exhibition room.
Once the application is completed, neither the date nor the time can be changed, and cancellations or refunds are prohibited.
In stormy weather, we reserve the right to cancel operations. Please note that in such cases, we cannot compensate for any travel expenses incurred in reaching the location.
