If you’re looking forward to spending a fortnight at the most adventurous places on the earth, no doubt Everest Base Camp Trekking is perfect choice for everyone. After the first expedition to Mount Everest in 1953, this trail has been popular among the trekkers and mountaineers not only because the route reveals some of the breathtaking scenery of high snow capped White Mountains including Mount Everest. Beside these the landscape, culture, tradition, flora & fauna and hospitality of Sherpa people are essential elements of Everest base camp trekking.

Itinerary

Day 1: Fly to Lukla (2840m) and Trek to Phakding (2680m). 30 minutes flight and walking 3 hours.

    Today early morning you fly to Lukla airport from Kathmandu. It is 30 minutes scenic flight. After landing Lukla, your trek to EBC begins. You pass Chaurikharka and Cheplung village; and follow the upstream Dudh Koshi River to reach Phakding village.
