- Venue Rules -

1) Children must be between 70-155cm tall and 12 years old or younger to
enter. Children taller than 156cm or over 12 years old will not be admitted.

Children must be accompanied, cared for and guided by an adult or guardian
throughout the use of all facilities in the park, and the adult or guardian
must bear full responsibility for the children. The facilities in the venue
are designed for children within the above height and age limits. When used by
adults (especially pregnant women, seniors aged 65 or above, people with heart
disease or high blood pressure), they should consider the potential risks of
using the facilities.

2) All facilities have risks and each facility has recommended
age/height/weight restrictions. Parents and guardians must make their own
assessments. The Park and its staff shall not be liable for any claims or
responsibilities for any accidents or injuries caused by improper use of the
rides.

3) Visitors with special medical needs are advised to consult medical staff
first and ensure that they use the facilities in the venue appropriately. If
guests feel unwell, please inform the staff and call an ambulance immediately.
When choosing an activity, guests should consider their age, height, weight,

4) Infants 69cm or below in height can enter for free when accompanying a
group of paying guests on weekdays, and will be charged $50 per person on
weekends; Infants 6 months or below can enter for free when accompanying a
group of paying guests at any time; each group of paying guests can bring a
maximum of 1 infant for free.

5) For safety and hygiene reasons, all guests must wear non-slip socks to
enter the park. Please purchase them at the cashier if necessary. Stockings,
half-length socks, mesh socks, etc. that do not completely cover the soles of
the feet and block foot sweat are not suitable.

6) Regardless of whether you purchase your ticket on-site or online, please
arrive 15 minutes before the start of the game session to allow staff to make
arrangements. No extra time or refund will be provided for lateness, absence
or early departure. Once all tickets are sold, no refunds, transfers or
changes of show times will be accepted for personal reasons.

7) Ticket holders who are unwell can reschedule their admission once free of
charge within 2 months with a valid medical certificate. The rescheduling must
be based on the date of the ticket purchased and on days when there are no
private events or special events. No refunds.

8) Lockers are provided in the venue. The rental fee is $10 per session, and
the deposit is $100. Quantity is limited, first come first served. If you fail
to return the keys immediately upon leaving the venue, the deposit of $100
will be forfeited.

9) Parents must supervise their children at all times and keep their
belongings. Large items and strollers must be folded and placed outside the
store, but the park is not responsible for the safety of guests' belongings.
For safety reasons, a 24-hour closed-circuit television surveillance system
has been installed in the venue.

10) Drinking water is allowed in the waiting area and rest area, but any
flavored drinks must be consumed outside the venue; eating is not allowed
inside the venue.

11) It is strictly prohibited to bring any sharp or dangerous objects into the
venue.

12) After purchasing the ticket, guests will receive an admission certificate
(wristband or sticker), which must be carried with them throughout the entire
event for identification; the wristband cannot be shared or used with others.
The same guest can re-enter the venue free of charge after exiting the venue
within the same time period with valid proof. If the admission ticket is
damaged or lost, it will be invalid and will not be reissued, and re-entry is
not allowed.

13) All entrants must measure their body temperature and disinfect their
hands. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry and no refunds;
persons with fever will be denied entry.

14) In case of emergency, the park needs to be temporarily closed. Affected
guests can leave their contact information and experience the game again for
free within 2 months. No refund will be provided. The closure of individual
facilities without prior notice does not constitute a reason for refund or
free rescheduling.

15) The park reserves the right to pursue and compensate for any damages
caused by vandalism, graffiti, or damage to the park’s facilities.

16) If vomiting, defecation, urination, etc. soil the equipment, the park will
charge a cleaning fee of $300-1000; if any items or equipment are damaged as a
result, we will first assess the situation and reimburse the guest for the
repair or replacement costs. To prevent the spread of disease, we will ask
anyone who vomits to leave the park immediately. Guests are kindly requested
to leave their contact information. Unused play time can be used within 3
months.

17) Every visitor must use the facilities correctly and follow the
instructions. If the person does not change after repeated admonitions, the
staff has the right to ask the person who repeatedly violates the rules to
leave without refunding.

18) Anyone who purchases a ticket and/or enters the venue agrees to abide by
the ticket purchase rules and venue rules. In case of any dispute, the Park
reserves the right of final decision and interpretation; the Park reserves the
right to amend the terms and conditions, or ticket prices at any time without
prior notice.
