- A confirmation voucher will be sent to you when the tour has reached the minimum number of participants. If a minimum number of people are not reached, the tour might be canceled.

- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure, as the tour will depart on time.

- There may be a 10-15 minute difference in the pick-up time if the group members are late or traffic conditions occur.

- Please note that the itinerary will change depending on the weather and on-site conditions on the day.

- If the weather is bad after departure on the day, or other irresistible factors cause the attraction to be closed, an alternative attraction will be arranged according to the situation and no refund will be given.

 - If the number of guests for each course is not reached, the courses may be jointly operated, and in this case, they may be operated differently from the reserved course.

- If the tour reservation nationality is multinational, the tour may be operated in English to ensure smooth operation.

- Since we plan to open a Line chat room and a WhatsApp chat room to communicate, you must make your Line and WhatsApp IDs searchable.

- If the festival is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the tour may also be canceled.

Seats will be assigned on the tour day. Seat changes and seat assignments are not possible.
