• All electronic tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Each electronic ticket has a unique QR code. Once scanned, the ticket cannot be used again, and re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.
• Each ticket is limited to the redemption of one copy of the HKBPE Consumer Guide at the entrance of the Expo venue.
• The Organiser (The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong) and the Exhibition Management (CMA Exhibition Services Limited) reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder who fails to comply with the rules of the Expo.
