Here is a summary of the main periods: - Precious White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico): from October 1st to December 31st. - Precious Black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum): from December 1st to March 15th. - Bianchetto or Marzuolo Truffle (Tuber Borchii): from January 15th to April 30th. - Black Summer Truffle or Scorzone (Tuber Aestivum): from May 20th to November 30th.
