Service was great. Local customer service support was good, too. Clear instructions to the exact pick up was given.
Booking was 7:30am and supposed to pick up at our hotel. Called us at 7:24am and demanded us to go to their office by 7:45am as they don't provide pick up from hotel. Had to take grab at our own cost to rush down to their office. Again, they provided us sleeper bus instead of VIP limousine, claiming that they don't have Limousine. Why assign us to their provider then????
Comfortable and safe ride. We went in December, so we chose this rather than the overnight train which has no heating, or the overnight sleeper bus which we were glad we did not take as the weather turned out to be very foggy.
No response from provider until we called, only to find out that they missed our booking. Provided a made-up transport 3 hours later in the form of sleeper bus instead of VIP limousine.
