Tela is a charming town located on the northern Caribbean coast of Honduras. It's known for its stunning beaches, vibrant Garifuna culture, and delicious seafood.


To get to Tela, will take you on a 2-hour road trip from San Pedro Sula. We depart early in the morning to make the most of your day trip. As you drive towards Tela, you'll get to enjoy the beautiful scenery and great weather.


Once you arrive in Tela, we are going head straight to the beach to take the boat who will take us to the beautiful natural reserve of Punta Sal. (45min ride). You will enjoy the beautiful beach Cocalito and practice snorkel.


Just give it a try to the local gastronomy, is known for its delicious seafood dishes like Sopa Marinera, and fried fish with plantains.


As the day comes to an end, take some time to relax and watch the sunset over the Caribbean Sea. It's a beautiful sight that you won't want to miss.

    Hike through the rainforest: There are several very easy hiking trails in the park, the trails offer stunning views of the coastline and the opportunity to see wildlife. Swim in the crystal-clear waters: The beaches in Punta Sal National Park are known for their white sand and clear waters. Visitors can swim, sunbathe, practice snorkel or relax under the palm trees.
