The best time to visit Tumon is during the dry season which runs from December to June. During this time, you can expect sunny weather with minimal rainfall, perfect for enjoying the beaches and outdoor activities. The wet season from July to November brings more rain and the possibility of typhoons, so it's best to avoid visiting during these months.

Getting around

Getting around Tumon is easy with various transportation options available. You can rent a car to explore the island at your own pace, or take advantage of the local buses that run regularly between Tumon and other parts of Guam. Taxis are also readily available for short trips within the area. Walking is a great way to explore Tumon's attractions as many of them are within walking distance of each other.

Traveller tips

Make sure to pack sunscreen and insect repellent as you'll be spending a lot of time outdoors. It's also a good idea to carry cash as some smaller establishments may not accept credit cards. Be respectful of the local culture and customs, and always ask for permission before taking photos of people.
