We were disappointed in the quality of experience and wish we had paid attention to the negative reviews. From our experience, the food was basic and of a poor quality, the juice tasted watered down and the iced chocolate drinks were flavourless as though mixed with water. Fruit was okay, though limited. Cappuccinos were the only good thing.
Staff were lovely and attentive.
There is so much that could be improved, including the food, but also the addition of reclining seating and massage chairs would be an asset. We will not be using this service again, at a cost of $52, we could have enjoyed a meal in the airport restaurants and found seating just as comfortable as in the Concordia area. We were bitterly disappointed.
