*Shared tours can be booked for a minimum of 1 person, with a minimum of 4 people required for departure. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will contact you individually 2 days prior to departure.

*Children under 6 years old are not allowed to ski.

*The schedule is for reference only and arrival time in Seoul may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day.

*The driver will contact you the day before departure and will contact you via WhatsApp, Line, Wechat, or other messaging apps. Please carefully review the message and any replies.

*To fairly protect the rights of all passengers, tours depart on time and do not individually contact or wait for guests before departure. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time and arrive at the meeting point early. Please note that if you arrive late for personal reasons, we will not wait for you and will not provide a refund.

*The above schedule is for reference only. The order of tourist attractions may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day. In case of traffic congestion, the return to Seoul may be delayed.

*This product does not include insurance. For more comprehensive protection, we recommend that travelers purchase their own travel insurance.

*Private tour departure times are between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. (Ski resorts are closed from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM during designated snow hours, so slope access is not permitted.)

*Private tours are based on 10 hours of departure and arrival in Seoul. If the time is exceeded, 25,000 won/hour must be paid to the driver on-site. (However, if the time is exceeded for a vehicle with 9-13 people, 30,000 won/hour must be paid to the driver on-site.)

*Private tours must be purchased based on the actual number of participants, and are priced per person, not per vehicle (e.g., if 2 people are participating, you must select the 2-3 people/vehicle option and purchase 2. If 2 people are participating and the 7-9 person option is selected, the reservation will be processed at a minimum.)
