If I could leave no stars I would. This tour was confirmed and paid. Heard nothing from the operator. When we arrived in kusadasi the day before, I contacted operator to find out details for tour. I was told there was no tour and they don't use Pelago/Viator. I have asked Pelago for a refund and instead of immediately doing so, I have been fobbed off and told to wait while they investigate with the operator. So someone has taken my money, I am left high and dry, and told to be patient. Worst customer experience ever.
