Late-night fees: 

• Late-night fees are based on the pick-up time 
• Late-night fee period: from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am 
• If the late-night fee period starts after your pick-up time, you will be charged the daytime rate (For example: pick-up at 9:50 pm)

Extra waiting time fees: 

• Applicable when the passenger arrives later than the meeting time 
• The first 30 minutes of the booking time is free. After that, an additional fee of JP¥4000 will be charged every 30 minutes 
• In case of a delay not caused by the driver (For example: traffic jam), an additional fee of JP¥4000 will be charged every 30 minutes 
• In such cases, please hand the additional fee to the driver

For reservation:

• The booking is available from 180 days to 4 days before the day of use 
• We will notify you of the booking arrangement within 2 days of receiving your reservation 
• For bookings made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, booking confirmation will be sent on the next business day 
• While booking, please provide us with a mobile phone number and an email address that are reachable during your stay in Japan 
• Please provide us with the drop-off place at the time of booking 
• The price displayed on this service is per car, and it does not change depending on the number of passengers 
• If you exceed the recommended number of passengers or luggage (1 piece: 24 inches), we may refuse to provide the service 
• Only Japanese-speaking drivers are available for this airport transfer service If you have any language issues, our customer service will be happy to assist you
  

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation until 2 days before the reservation 
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up time are charged 100% of the fare
