Welcome to Sukho Cuisine Thai Cooking School, Thai cooking school inspired by loved and proud of being Thai. Let's enjoy the traditional Thai cooking methods with Thai Master chefs who have experiences experts on authentic food. Our class is capable of taking 10 participants at the time to make sure everyone has fun and enjoyed it.
• Learn how to make from scratch some of the most well-known favorite Thai 3 dishes. You will gain a very all-round knowledge of Thai cooking and dine on your creations after the class.
• Tour at the fresh market and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions. Do not hesitate to ask any questions.
• Free transportation to and from your hotel.

Itinerary

  • Sukho Cuisine Thai Cooking School

    Start at 10:00am - 02:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. This culinary program reflects the way of Lanta’s local life. Our program. You will experience Lanta’s traditional way of living, food, and products from our local market. In cooking classes you will learn Lanta’s traditional cooking method, local spices and ingredients also experienced local market sightseeing. The classes have 3 traditional Thai dishes Appetizer, main dish, and dessert. After finishing classes have a certificate in cooking and you can bring back your food to share with friends/family.

All dishes can be either vegetarian, vegan, spicy or non spicy to suite to your own taste.
Children must be 9 years or older to attend a class as knives and gas are involved in the class.
The person who comes with but doesn't want to cook pays an extra 650 Baht per person. Includes share of food and transportation
There are at least 2 people required to start the cooking class. The class size is limited to maximal 12 persons.
Menu for Monday: Goong Hom Sabi (Deep fried prawn spring rolls), Kao-Pad Gai Nai Supparod (Fried rice chicken in Pineapple), Pai Lin Grob (Yan beans sapphire caller in syrup and coconut milk)
Menu for Wednesday: Toong Tong (Deep fried golden pouches), Pad Thai Gai (Stir fried noodle Thai style), Bua Loy (Rice Balls in coconut milk)
Menu for Saturday: Wihok Non Rang (Bird Shaped shrimp), Khao Soi Gai (Noodle Soup Chiang Mai style), Tub Tim Grob (Yan beans Ruby caller in syrup and coconut milk)
