  • A minimum of 15 people are required for the tour to proceed, with a maximum of 40 people per group. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you three business days prior to departure to arrange an alternative departure date.
  • The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 2-5 are charged the child rate; children aged 6 and above are charged the adult rate; children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free. (Each departure group is allowed only one free spot and two child spots.)
  • Change and Cancellation Policy (Designated Offers Cannot Be Cancelled):
    - A handling fee of half the tour fee will be charged if the departure date is within 5 days (inclusive).
    - A handling fee of $200 will be charged if the departure date is within 10 days (inclusive).
    - A handling fee of $100 will be charged if the departure date is within 14 days (inclusive).
  • The group booking is guaranteed to be completed; orders cannot be cancelled.
