Purchase Notice
- Pregnant women and children aged 0-3 are not allowed to use the tour. (Tour with stroller and luggage storage are not allowed)
- The meeting time may be slightly delayed due to the joining tour. If you are delayed by more than 20 minutes, please call the emergency contact number on the voucher and we will quickly confirm it.
- You must be on time for the meeting. If you are not at the hotel lobby on the first floor at the appointed time, you will be departed without prior notice and no changes/cancellations/refunds will be possible.
- The tour will proceed even in rainy weather.
- If it rains so badly that the tour is impossible, the tour operator will contact your hotel and give you a full refund.
- If you decide not to participate in the tour by your own discretion, no refund will be given.
- After the tour has already started, full refunds are not possible even if you are unable to use the tour due to bad weather.
- The pickup vehicle is a Toyota Commuter OR equivalent.
- Luggage storage inside the car is not allowed, and car seats are not provided.
- Thailand has a tipping culture, so although it is not mandatory, most guests leave a tip in the tip box inside the speedboat at the end of the tour (around 100 baht per group).
- Tipping is not related to the tour itself. When you are on the tour, prepare small bills under 100 baht and put them in the tip box. The island staff will distribute them.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance before taking the tour in Korea.
Reminders
If your meeting is delayed by more than 20 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number on your voucher and we will promptly confirm it.
If you are not in the hotel lobby on the first floor at the meeting time, the tour will depart without prior notice and changes/cancellations/refunds are not possible.
It will be held even in case of rain, and the tour company will contact the hotel only if it deems it impossible.
Cancellations can be made during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, based on Korean time). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
