Guided by Mathil DE and Cécilia, certified experts, you will taste four carefully EN selected wines – single varieties or blends – from family estates in organic or Grands Crus, as well as a mystery glass and a mature wine to discover Bordeaux’s aging. You will understand the impact DE grape varieties, terroirs and winemaking choices on aromas and textures. Each wine is accompanied by an artisan deli, EN accord with its flavors.
