If you are late more than 15 minutes due to your carelessness, it will be consider by no-show and refund is impossible. Even if it starts late, the end time is the same, so please refer to this and make sure to arrive on time.

For an accurate diagnosis, sunscreen that does not differ from your bare face or skin color is recommended.
If you wear glasses or color lenses, please wear transparent contacts! (The diagnosis is made without glasses.)
* If you wear makeup on your face or color lenses, the width of the color diagnosis may be too wide. For a more accurate diagnosis, no makeup and transparent lenses are good!
You can bring glasses and accessories that you want to check after the color diagnosis.
If you bring your usual color cosmetics, we will check them too.
Please avoid clothes that come up around the neck.
