The customer is responsible for the guide's transportation costs, entrance fees, etc. (excluding food costs).
We only provide guides, no vehicles.

We cannot guarantee your desired location, but only accept requests. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to local circumstances on the day.
Restaurant reservations are possible (only for restaurants where payment is not required at the time of reservation). *A handling fee will be charged (paid on site).
We are unable to provide restaurant recommendations, however you can ask your guide for advice on the day.
If the customer requests an extension on the day, an additional fee will be charged. The extension fee must be paid in cash on the day.
