Go Museum Visitor Guidelines & Policies

• Tickets or supporting documents must be presented for verification upon entry.
• Please arrive on time. Latecomers may be denied entry or rescheduled to the next available time slot.
• Pets (excluding assistance dogs) must be kept in a pet bag or carrier at all times.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
• For safety reasons, entry is not permitted for visitors wearing shoes with heels under 1 cm on either side. Disposable footwear is available for purchase at the ticket office.
• Running or jumping inside the venue is prohibited to prevent accidents. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
• The venue features mirrored floors. Visitors wearing short or loose skirts may rent long skirts at the ticket office.

Bad weather arrangements:

• Operations will be suspended if Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 8 (or higher) or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, including up to 3 hours before the warning is expected.
• Guests with tickets during this time can contact the ticketing platform to reschedule (please change within the event period).
• Updates on reopening after weather warnings are lifted will be posted on Go Museum’s official social media channels.

• Go Museum is not responsible for any damage or loss of customers' property, regardless of whether such damage or loss is caused by Go Museum's negligence or other reasons. Please take good care of the facilities in the venue. If any damage is found, Go Museum has the right to claim compensation from customers.
• Go Museum reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who fails to comply with the venue rules or engages in dangerous, illegal or disrespectful behavior, or to protect safety, security or order, or as Go Museum deems necessary, or to request such person to leave the venue without refund, liability or any compensation.
• Go Museum does not guarantee that visitors can experience all projects in one visit. If some projects are suspended due to equipment updates, special events, routine inspections, too many visitors or other reasons, no refunds will be made and no changes will be made to other days. The information collected during reservations will only be used to implement relevant measures for disease prevention and control. Go Museum has the right to use the collected information to handle related matters when necessary.
• GO Museum may temporarily suspend operations due to equipment upgrades, special events, bad weather, etc. Please refer to GO Museum’s social media announcements (Facebook, IG or official website) before departure.
• In case of any disputes, Go Museum reserves the right to make the final decision.

• Each visitor is allowed to bring only one child for free entry.
• Children under 1.2 meters in height and not more than 5 years old can enter for free. Please present relevant proof before entering.
• Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
