Look for a white building with a large clock in front of a square with taxis. Enter the building and look for ticket booth 1, called Pacific Cruises
Note that the meeting point is not at pontoon 1 where the boats depart but at ticket booth 1 inside Estação Fluvial Sul e Sueste
