• Please note that the reservation time is the pickup time.
• Pick-up and drop-off are only available for reservations of 2 people and 90 minutes or more (not available for 60 minutes).
  
• If you contact or visit the massage shop directly without confirmation via individual contact (KakaoTalk), reservation confirmation and confirmation may not be possible.
• If you would like to move individually, please arrive at the reservation time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or change will be possible.
• There are shower facilities, so a simple water shower is sufficient.
• When adjusting the intensity of your massage, simply tell your therapist in Korean “gently” or “hardly.”
• If additional charges arise, we will notify you separately.
• The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, and individual notification will be provided in the event that the event cannot be held.
• Partial refunds will not be made in case of time reduction or schedule change due to natural disasters, etc.
• If you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the product.
• Please keep your valuables with you or be careful not to lose them.
• Please be sure to purchase individual travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health (e.g. pre-existing conditions) or accidents caused by your own negligence.
